Open Reading Frame
This option allows you to specify a different reading frame,
or even more useful, to limit the search to a region of interest.
By default, the reading frame starts at base 1 and continues to the end.
If only one number is given, it is taken as the start position.
To specify both start and end, use the format start-end
(such as 145-560, with NO space(s) around the dash).
