Cutting Length
This option allows you to limit
enzymes to those whose recognition sequences
have the specified length.
The cutting length does not count Ns.
For example, the cutting sequence
(4/3)ACRNNNNYGT(3/4) is counted as 6 for its cutting length.
You can specify a range, using the format min-max
(such as 6-8, with NO space(s) around the dash).
If min is omitted (for example, -8), it is taken as 1.
If max is omitted (for example, 6-), it is taken as infinite.
Usually it makes sense to specify the cutting length only if you want
to use/list all or commercially available enzymes in the database.
